The Dept. of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (ASLP) organized and arranged a 2 days free speech and hearing screening camp in the ASLP department at Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education for the students of Malavika Vidya Kendram School, Kumaracoil on 08/01/2024 and 09/01/2024. The inaugural function conducted in the seminar hall was presided by Dr.Perumalswamy ( Pro chancellor- Academic), and were honoured by the presence of Dr. Kumaraguru (Vice Chancellor), Dr. Thirumalvalavan (Regiatrar), Dr. Janardhanan (Pro vice Chancellor- Admin), Dr. Shajin ( Pro vice Chancellor- Academic). The Vilavoor Panchayat and Thenkarai Panchayat presidents witnessed and blessed the occassion. The screening camp was a great success and the S3 and S5 students could identify childrens with learning disabilities and hearing impairments.
