Kanyakumari Nehru Yuva Kendra, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Welfare and Sports and Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, jointly organized the "Amrit Kal Vixit Bharat @2047" district-level competition as part of the "My Bharat Vixit Bharat" series. The event took place at the University auditorium, drawing participants from various colleges across the district. The competition aimed to select one outstanding student to qualify for the upcoming state-level competition. Dr. Murugan, the University Event Coordinator, played a pivotal role in organizing these competitions in association with Nehru University. Dr. Murugan extended a warm welcome to all attendees, and Pro-Chancellor Perumalsamy distributed certificates to the students who actively participated. Registrar Thirumalvalavan emphasized the significance and purpose behind organizing such competitions. The event also saw the participation of Vice-Chancellor A K Kumaraguru, Pro Vice-Chancellors K A Janarthanan and Shajin Naragunam facilitate theparticipents. Renganathan, the Nehru Yuvakendra Organizer for Kanyakumari District, concluded the program with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the collective effort that made the district-level competition a success.
