The guest lecture on the topic “The Role of Parents in Institution Building” was organized on 20th oct 2023 in ASE smart class room. Dr. E. James R. Daniel Former Principal, Scott Christian College (Autonomous) Nagercoil was the resource person. The Head of the Department Dr. J. Saji Soundara Raj gave the welcome address and introduce the resource person to the audience. Around 25 students attended the programme. The resource person insist that, Institution self-discipline is needed for every individual. Education is the first step for character building and Institution become part of consciousness. As the children grow, they should inculcate the habit of reading good books among them. It is very important to keep educative books in the house, on the book shelf, and besides tables. There was an interactive question and answer session following the presentation and the programme came to an end with the proposal of vote of thanks by one of the students.
