The program was initiated with an invocation and lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Shri M. S. Faizal Khan, Pro-Chancellor, NICHE and the dignitaries on the dais. Dr. A. K. Kumaraguru welcomed the gathering and it was followed by the Inaugural Address by Shri. M. S. Faizal Khan. Presidential address was given by Dr. R. Perumalsamy, Pro Chancellor Academic and Dr. A. Shajin Nargunam, Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic briefed about the NICHE Steve Jobs Scholarship. Dr. K. A. Janarthanan, Pro Vice-Chancellor Administration introduced the Chief Guest Revd. Dr. Gunasekharan, Arch Bishop of ACSI. The Chief Guest delivered the Chief Guest's address and awarded 66 eligible students with the scholarship. Finally, the felicitation was given by Rt. Rev. Dr. Jain D Prakash, Bishop, ACSI. The Awarding Ceremony ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. P. Thirumalvalavan, Registrar, NICHE and National Anthem.
