The Department of Mathematics organized an International Conference on Emerging Trends in Mathematical Sciences and Applications (ICETMSA-2023) on 26th of April 2023. The main objective of this conference is to bring together the scientists, scholars and students and provide a common platform for sharing their scientific thoughts and ideas. This conference is expected to give the participants an exposure to some of the latest developments in Mathematical Sciences and Applications. Dr. P.Thirumalvalavan, Registrar delivered the inaugural address. Dr. R. Perumalsamy, Pro Chancellor(Academic), NICHE, Dr. A. K. Kumaraguru, Vice Chancellor, NICHE and Dr. K.A. Janardhanan, Pro Vice Chancellor, (Admin.),NICHE were attended and grace the function. In this conference, the resource person Dr. C. Vijayalakshmi, Associate Professor, Department of Statistics and Applied Mathematics, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur delivered the keynote address on Fuzzy Optimization Algorithms for Real Time Applications and the resource person Dr. Paul Manuel, Professor, Department of Information Science, College of Computing Science and Engineering, Kuwait University, Kuwait delivered the keynote address on Graph Theory General Position Problem with Applications. More than 125 participants were benefited and 55 papers were presented in the conference.
