Placement Overview

Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education has a full-fledged Placement & Training Cell manned by an industry experienced person as the Director. The function of this cell is mainly to promote Institution-Industry Interaction for the benefit of the students to carry out their In-plant training and also to undertake Project Work as a part of their education requirements as per the norms framed by the University. The Cell is in constant touch with major industries throughout India to provide job opportunities to the students. They are constantly given training to face the recruitment process by reputed trainers. Necessary guidance is also provided for higher studies not only in India but also in foreign countries. The cell provides books for competitive exams such as CAT, MAT, TOFEL, IES and GATE including Soft Skill Development & General Knowledge for the benefit of the students to better their Career Prospects. The University has initiated a series of training programmes for the final and pre-final year students on how to write aptitude tests, face interviews, win jobs and be successful in their career. Many personality development programs are arranged by experts from industries. A good number of training programs aiming at their overall competency and preparedness are under way throughout the academic year. Smart trainers and leading experts also train students to face job requirements both on and off campus recruitment An Entrepreneurship Guidance Cell has been created as a wing of Department of Management studies. It gives guidance to the undergraduate and post graduate students who may be the prospective entrepreneurs likely to enter into business ventures. The Cell has been conducting entrepreneurial awareness camps, inviting managers from small scale industries and bank managers to motivate the students.
