At Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, we understand that circumstances may change. Our Fee Refund Policy ensures that students can recover their fees in a fair and transparent manner. Fee refund is applicable if the candidate cancels the admission.

Cancellation & Refund Letter Submission:

Cancellation letters must be submitted directly to the admission office either in person or through email. The official email address for cancellations is admissions@niuniv.com. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure timely submission of the cancellation letter.

Refund Percentage:

1 100% 15 days prior to the officially communicated deadline for admissions
2 90% Less than 15 days prior to the officially communicated deadline for admissions.
3 80% Within 15 days after the officially communicated deadline for admissions.
4 50% Within 30 days after the officially communicated deadline for admissions.
5 0% More than 30 days after the officially communicated deadline for admissions.
Refund Deadline:

Cancellation letters submitted after the closing of the admission process will not be eligible for any refund. Students are urged to adhere to the specified deadline to ensure eligibility for the refund.

Scholarship Amount:

Students submitting a cancellation letter forfeit any entitlement to scholarship amounts associated with the program/course. In the event of reapplication in the future, the student will be required to pay the full course fee without availing any scholarship benefits.

Procedure for Cancellation:
  • Students must prepare a formal cancellation letter, including their full name, admission reference/ID, program/course details, and reasons for cancellation.
  • The cancellation letter should be submitted to the admission office either in person or through the official cancellation email address admissions@niuniv.com.
  • The university will process the cancellation request in accordance with the outlined refund policy.
Important Note:
  • It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of and adhere to the specified refund deadline.
  • The university reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated to students through official channels.
  • This policy is effective as of 01/03/2024. Students are encouraged to review and understand these terms before enrolling in any program at NICHE.
