First Responder Training Program Empowers NICHE Students in Life-Saving Skills

In collaboration with 108–EMRI Green (Chennai), the Department of Biomedical Engineering, and NCC, NICHE successfully conducted a First Responder Training Program aimed at equipping 60 participants with essential emergency response skills. The comprehensive training covered vital techniques including CPR, first aid, and patient handling.

This initiative empowers students to act confidently and effectively in critical situations, enabling them to save lives before professional medical help arrives. The program reflects NICHE’s commitment to fostering responsibility, preparedness, and community care among its student body, enhancing their capability to contribute positively during emergencies.
