Alumni-Student Interaction at NICHE Inspires Biomedical Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at NICHE, in collaboration with the Noorul Islam Alumni Association, hosted an engaging Alumni-Student Interaction session. The event featured Mr. Ponram P, NICHE alumnus and Founder & Director of Tejas Translational Technologies Pvt. Ltd., who delivered a talk titled “Ideas to Impact: Innovation, Startups and IPRs.”

Mr. Ponram shared valuable insights on innovation, the startup ecosystem, and the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in driving impactful biomedical entrepreneurship. His inspiring session encouraged students to cultivate original ideas, explore entrepreneurial opportunities, and understand the significance of protecting innovations through IPRs—empowering the next generation for success in the dynamic field of biomedical engineering.
