Gandhi Jayanthi Celebrated with Pushpanjali and Campus Cleaning Drive at NICHE

The NSS Unit of NICHE, Kanyakumari, in collaboration with the Gandhian Peace Forum, marked Gandhi Jayanthi with meaningful activities that reflected the values of Mahatma Gandhi. The event began with a respectful Pushpanjali—floral tribute—in honor of Gandhi, followed by a campus cleaning drive that underscored the importance of cleanliness, responsibility, and community service.

The campaign was led by NSS Coordinator Dr. Unnikrishnan and Hostel AO Capt. S. Sajeev, with enthusiastic participation from both students and staff. Their collective efforts not only honored Gandhi’s legacy but also promoted environmental awareness and instilled a spirit of unity and social commitment within the NICHE community.
