Exploring India's Heritage at ABRSM International Seminar 2025: Our Team's Journey

A delegation from the Department of Allied Health Sciences at Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education participated in the ABRSM International Seminar 2025, held at RGCB, Trivandrum, on January 3rd and 4th, 2025. The seminar, themed "Bharatiya Shastra and Samskritam: Bridging Traditional Wisdom and Modern Innovation for Vikasit Bharat," was a deep dive into how ancient Indian wisdom can be integrated with modern innovation.

Our team of 6 students and 4 staff members engaged in discussions spanning the Vedas, Bharat@2047, Ayurveda, and the role of Gurukulams in shaping contemporary education and science. A highlight was the interaction with Shri Laxman Ji, All India Joint Organising Secretary of ABVP, whose insights on aligning traditional knowledge with modern progress were both enlightening and inspiring.

This seminar proved to be an enriching experience, reinforcing our commitment to innovation grounded in India's cultural heritage. We returned with new perspectives, ready to apply these learnings to our academic and research endeavors at Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education.
