Empowering Voices: Seminar on Combating Sexual Harassment at NICHE Kanyakumari

NICHE University’s Committee Against Sexual Harassment organized a seminar, titled “Combating Sexual Harassment: Navigating Legal Safeguards and Challenges”, to foster awareness and dialogue on creating safer academic and professional spaces. The event was graced by Dr. S. Emlin Jobitha, Assistant Professor (Senior Grade), School of Law, Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, who served as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker. Delivering a powerful address on the POSH Act, 2013, she shed light on the rights of individuals, institutional responsibilities, inquiry procedures, and the need for a culture of accountability and zero tolerance.
