NICHE Congratulates Padma Shri Dr. A. E. Muthunayagam on a Distinguished National Honour

Muthunayagam, Padma Shri awardee, former Director of Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC–ISRO), and former Pro Chancellor of NICHE, on this well-deserved national honour. A pioneering figure in India’s space programme and a guiding force behind NICHE’s academic and research vision, his leadership—particularly in mentoring the NIUSAT student nanosatellite mission—has inspired generations to strive for excellence, innovation, and service to the nation.
