Aviation Internship Experience at HOSUR Aviation Complex

Students from the Department of Aviation at NICHE Kanyakumari have returned from an immersive, industry-focused internship at the HOSUR Aviation Complex, marking an exceptional phase in their professional training. This real-world exposure perfectly complemented their classroom learning, giving them a competitive edge in the aviation sector. During the internship, students gained hands-on experience in advanced avionics systems, including modern glass cockpit technology, Flight Management Systems, and navigation instruments. They also engaged in real-world MRO operations aligned with Airworthiness Directives and participated in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures to ensure aircraft safety. In addition, the program strengthened their understanding of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
