NICHE Observes Anti-Ragging Day to Promote a Safe and Inclusive Campus

The Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE) observed Anti-Ragging Day with the aim of fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students. The program emphasized the university’s zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and highlighted the importance of mutual respect, empathy, and ethical behavior within campus life.

Awareness sessions were conducted to educate students about the legal consequences of ragging, the support systems available on campus, and the role of every student in creating a positive academic atmosphere. Faculty members, student representatives, and the Anti-Ragging Committee reaffirmed NICHE’s commitment to maintaining a welcoming and secure educational environment where learning thrives free from fear or intimidation.
