Associate Professor, Director IQAC, Deputy Director Computing Centre, Faculty incharge in Cloud ComputingDr. Jayan J P has completed his Ph.D from the Barathiyar University, Coimbatore and has completed his MCA from the S.T. Hindu College, Nagercoil. He has teaching experience for 17 years and research experience for 2 years. His specialised areas in research are Bio-metric, Digital Image Processing, AI. 2 Patents. He has the credit of having published 2 research papers in Web of Science/Scopus Indexed Journals and 6 papers in UGC CARE listed, refereed and reviewed journals. He has guided 0 Ph.D scholars and he is now guiding 5 Ph.D scholars. He has delivered 5 expert talks and addresses on diverse topics in various AICTE/other sponsored short-term training programmes/Faculty Development Programmes. He received 1 Awards and Recognition for his contribution in the field of research/technology.
